Originally trading as Phil's Maintenance Services,founded in 1977 Sydney.Our name change reflects the founder of the company having an eye for detail and a Vision for property transformation.Is a family own and controlled licensed business.Our company is split into three sectors.
1.Renovations/additions/alterations/makeovers.
2.Property Maintenance Department.
3.Insurance Claims/Repairs.
We employ 11 in-house staff all competent and dedicated to the company.We also employ our regular licensed trades whom are bound by our strict protocol.
